Subject: Improving your health is a wise investment
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “The first wealth is health.”
What better way to invest in yourself than investing in your health and wellness? If you follow a game plan for better overall health, you’ll be more likely to win at wellness.
The St. Vincent's Health Benefit Faire is the perfect opportunity to jumpstart your commitment to your health and well-being! Taking simple steps to manage your mental and physical health, from following a healthy lifestyle to getting recommended preventive care services, can lead to a lifetime of benefits.
Invest in your health—save the October 2011 date and create a game plan for a healthier you!
